Tingkatkan Profesionalisme Juru Sembelih, JAGALMU Pringsewu Gelar Pelatihan Asah Bilah
MUHAMMADIYAHLAMPUNG.OR.ID, Pringsewu – Jagal Halal Halal Muhammadiyah (JAGALMU) Kabupaten Pringsewu menggelar kegiatan pelatihan bertajuk "Asah Bilah" pada Ahad (19/04/2026). Kegiatan yang dipusatkan di SMA Muhammadiyah Pringsewu ini bertujuan untuk mencetak juru sembelih yang amanah, profesional, dan sesuai dengan syariat Islam.
Acara dibuka dengan serangkaian seremonial yang dihadiri oleh pengurus daerah dan para peserta pelatihan. Dalam sambutan pembukaannya, Ketua JAGALMU Kabupaten Pringsewu, Sonianto, menekankan pentingnya keterampilan teknis dalam merawat alat sembelih.
"Mengasah bilah bukan sekadar menajamkan besi, tapi juga mengasah keikhlasan kita dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai juru sembelih yang bertanggung jawab terhadap kehalalan daging yang dikonsumsi umat," ujar Sonianto.
Baca Lainnya : Senada dengan hal tersebut, Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) Pringsewu yang diwakili oleh Sekretaris PDM, Rifan Sahara, memberikan apresiasi tinggi atas inisiasi kegiatan ini. Menurutnya, keberadaan jagal halal yang tersertifikasi dan ahli di bidangnya sangat krusial, terutama menjelang hari-hari besar keagamaan.
Materi dari Pakar Bersertifikasi BNSP
Pelatihan ini menghadirkan narasumber ahli, Ahmad Wahyudi, yang merupakan pemateri tersertifikasi dari BNSP JAGALMU Kehadiran tenaga profesional ini diharapkan mampu memberikan standar teknik pengasahan yang tepat guna menunjang aspek ihsan dalam penyembelihan hewan.
Kegiatan ini mengusung tagline "Asah Bilah, Asah Keikhlasan, Menjadi Juru Sembelih yang Amanah dan Profesional". Selain teori, para peserta juga dibekali dengan praktik langsung cara merawat dan menguji ketajaman bilah agar proses penyembelihan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan tidak menyiksa hewan kurban.
Melalui pelatihan ini, JAGALMU Pringsewu berharap kualitas penyelenggaraan ibadah kurban maupun pemotongan hewan harian di wilayah Pringsewu semakin meningkat, baik dari sisi teknis maupun pemenuhan syarat syar'i.(pdmpringsewu)
